Yes, the majority of classes are included with your membership. Specialty classes and specialty programs such as boot camps, personal training, swimming lessons, etc. may be an additional cost.

The REC is excited to introduce Clip ‘N Climb to the Metro East! Popular internationally, Clip ‘N Climb is climbing wall meets theme park. Our Clip ‘N Climb will have numerous walls with various levels for all ages to enjoy! Your membership includes a deeply discounted rate for the Clip ‘N Climb.

At The REC, membership experience is our top priority with safety as one of our core values. Our facility will be enforced with top security including surveillance cameras and trained employees throughout The REC from check-in to departure. The REC will have a series of plans and thoroughly trained staff to protect its members in the event of an emergency (tornado, fire, evacuation, etc.).
The REC will have Hammer Strength, Life Fitness, and Sci Fit equipment for various types of cardio and strength training opportunities. TRX bands, Wellbeats Virtual Fitness Training, and more will also be available!
Yes! The Lil RECers Zone will be open to children of the ages 1 to 10. The Lil RECers Zone is included in family memberships, but is also available to non-members at a rate of $2.00/per hour/per child. The maximum of hours in The Lil RECers Zone for youth is 2 hours per day.

- Monday-Friday : 7:30am – 12:00pm / 4:00pm –8:30pm
- Saturday: 8:00am – 1:00pm
- Sunday: 12:00pm – 3:00pm
Food and beverages are permitted in designated areas only (vending machine area, birthday party rooms, and room rentals). Outside food is prohibited. Glass containers are prohibited at all times. Water and sports drink are allowed in activity areas if it’s an enclosed, unbreakable container.
Yes! Celebrate your birthday at the REC at either the Clip ‘N Climb, pool, or both! Birthday parties at The REC will be full of fun and include everything you need to make your birthday one to remember. Every party will include a party attendant, pizza and drinks, gift for the birthday boy/girl, gifts for the party attendants, digital and printed invites, and setup/cleanup!

The Rec will be the place for a daytime adventure at the area’s only Clip ‘N’ Climb Climbing Wall, a home for all of your fitness needs, and a location for your next party, wedding or corporate event. AQUATICS
Swimming just got real at The REC. This massive facility will have a 4-lane zero entry pool with certified lifeguards, exercise classes, swimming lessons, and more!
Your average day at the pool just got a lot more exciting. When the new REC opens, you will be able to enjoy a few twists and turns on the waterslide, create some fun on the splash pad, and dominate a game of water volleyball or basketball before a relaxing float in the lazy river.
FITNESS
Congratulations! You’ve finally found your all-in-one functional fitness destination. Our group fitness classes will provide options to everyone from the slow mover to the trained athlete. From Yoga to Boot Camp, we’ll keep you on your toes every moment that you spend at The REC.
If you are more of a lone wolf when it comes to your fitness routine, you’ll definitely find your happy place working out in our state-of-the-art weight room or on the various treadmills, ellipticals and other cardio and training equipment that you’ll find at The REC.
OUTDOOR
Welcome to your outdoor home away from home. Take a walk on the walking path and enjoy watching (or joining) all of the fun that happens inside of our custom dog park! Have some fun playing soccer on the full-sized soccer field or test out your 50-yard-dash skills on the six-lane running track.
Whether you are a walker, a runner, or a watcher, there’s something for everyone outside of The REC.
CLIP ‘N’ CLIMB
Rock Climbing, meet The REC. With a range of levels and an opportunity for healthy fun at any age or strength, Clip ‘N’ Climb will take your love for fitness to new heights! So strap on a harness, take a deep breath, and get ready for an experience that can only be found at The REC!
BASKETBALL & VOLLEYBALL COURTS
When it comes to courts, there’s no match for The REC. Whether you are just learning to dribble or a pro with the ball, you’ll love spending time on our full-sized basketball court.
Don’t worry, if you prefer to spike the ball instead of dunk it, the court is easily converted in to two volleyball courts! Maybe you’d rather have something to swing at? We’ve got you covered by converting the courts in to two additional pickleball courts!
COMMUNITY ROOMS / PARTIES
With space for up to 100 guests, the party and meeting rooms at The REC are ready to host everything from weddings to bar mitzvah’s, birthday parties to retirement parties and everything in between! Let us show you how to party at The REC!
