Itty Bitty Basketball
This program will introduce boys and girls to the fundamentals of basketball in a non-competitive setting. This will help your child develop social skills such as listening and following directions as well as hand-eye coordination. On a mini court child will learn the basics using a size appropriate ball and lowered nets.
Basketball Skills and Drills
Develop your basketball skills at The REC! Children will learn the fundamentals of passing, shooting, and dribbling through a series of fun drills and games. All skill levels are welcome.

Fairview Heights Parks & Recreation is hosting a boys and girls basketball league for children in 1st-4th Grade. Children will be assigned to teams according to grade. Team requests may be accepted but cannot be guaranteed. Volunteer coaches are needed, please let us know if you are willing to help out. All volunteer coaches must be able to pass a background check. Registration Deadline is Friday, December 17. There will be a $20 late fee for people that register after the deadline.

Basketball Skills, Drills & Scrimmages
Improve your basketball skills at the REC. Players will learn advanced skills and build upon the fundamentals of passing, shooting, and dribbling through a series of drills and games. Players will scrimmage at the end of each practice.

Fairview Heights Parks & Recreation will be hosting a Tee Ball League at the Miracle League Field at Moody Park. Our coed league is designed for 4-6 year old interested in playing tee ball in a fun non-competitive setting. Participants will get three pitches from a coach, if they do not make contact they will be able to hit from a batting tee. Players that register will be assigned to a team, or they may make a team request. Practices times and games will be announced at the beginning of the season. All players will receive a Fairview Heights Parks & Recreation Tee Ball shirt and hat. Players must bring their own glove. Parks and Recreation will provide helmets and bats for teams throughout the season. Players may also bring their equipment if they choose. We are in need of volunteer coaches. All volunteer coaches must pass a background check.

Elite FT Soccer Skills & Scrimmages
Fairview Heights Parks & Recreation is partnering up with Elite FT to offer Soccer Skills & Scrimmages. Our coed fall soccer program is safe, educational, fun and for all levels! Elite FT is for beginner and recreational players looking to be a part of a small group, learn new skills, and play with friends. Sign up your child or sign up with friends and we will place them in the same group. Players will meet once a week for 6 weeks at the REC Complex of Fairview Heights. Practices are 25 minutes of foot skills, followed by 25 minutes of a small-sided, safety first scrimmages.
