Sports Performance Academy
At the Sports Performance Academy, professional training is provided throughout each session. Sessions at the SPA fit the needs of nearly every kind of athlete, for nearly every kind of sport. If you are interested in improving speed, power, agility, strength, and coordination, the Sports Performance Academy at the REC provides the premier Sports Performance program in the area.

Kids
An introductory class for any child that wants to gain quickness and become more agile. This class will provide the proper foundation for any young athlete.

Intermediate
This class will focus on Speed and Agility, Movement, and Coordination for any athlete that wants to excel. Movement and Coordination curriculum includes the following techniques: Hop, Run, Crawl, Jump, Skip, Dodge, Leap, Slide, Gallop, Roll, Walk. The Speed and Agility curriculum includes the following movements: Linear, Lateral, Multidirectional.

Advanced thru Adults
This class will focus on Speed and Agility, Movement, and Coordination for any athlete that wants to excel. Movement and Coordination curriculum includes the following techniques: Hop, Run, Crawl, Jump, Skip, Dodge, Leap, Slide, Gallop, Roll, Walk. The Speed and Agility curriculum includes the following movements: Linear, Lateral, Multidirectional.
The Strength curriculum includes the following: Exercise Technique, Bodyweight, Med Balls, Stability Balls, Resistance Bands.
