Zumba – Wed 6:00pm

Breathe, stretch, strengthen, and bring balance to the mind and body. This is a beginner-friendly class for all levels to encourage mindfulness. To begin, we will warm the body by connecting breath and body movement. Focusing on alignment, we will build strength and balance to ease into deeper stretches. By offering modifications for all levels, this class will relieve stress, calm the mind, and release tension in the body.
