Stretch & Stride – MON/WED/FRI 10:30AM
This no impact class uses your body weight and basic water resistance to provide a head to toe experience allowing you to stretch your way to increased flexibility while striding to improved balance in water and on land. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace as we focus on isolated and combined joint exercises in shallow water. No swimming experience needed.
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 10:30a-11:15a
