Follow along with our instructors as they lead you through a series of exercises guaranteed to increase your heartrate, build endurance, strengthen major muscle groups and improve your balance. Step your efforts up a notch or slow it down as needed using suggested modifications from your instructor. A combination of buoyancy equipment keeps things interesting in this shallow water class. No swimming experience needed; comfort in the water is preferred.
